1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and jite9 (the "Platform"). These terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and users of any services offered through jite9.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Deposit Policy

Any bonus winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. 4. Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements

5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Users of jite9 are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:

Fraudulent Behaviour

Any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, use of automated bots, software exploitation, or manipulation of game outcomes is strictly forbidden. jite9 employs advanced fraud-detection systems and will take immediate action — including account closure and reporting to relevant authorities — upon detection of fraudulent behaviour.

Money Laundering

6. Intellectual Property

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance withapplicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. Should direct negotiation fail, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

jite9 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of jite9 complies with local laws and regulations applicable to them. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
